Highlighting Elements

Highlighting Original Decor
Like the name implies, the living room is one of the most important rooms in our homes. The living room is to be the most versatile place in our home and is the first thought when we think of decorating our new home. They have so many different roles which can make getting the décor a bit of a challenge. For some, the living room is a more formal space reserved primarily for entertaining guests but for others, it's a very casual space. It's where we kick back after a long day to rest and relax or where we spend our long weekend enjoying leisure activities like watching TV and reading.
Typically living rooms have plenty of seating. There's often at least one sofa and a couple of chairs. A complete living room requires tables, bookshelves and other pieces of furniture, all working together in harmony to give the space a cohesive and stylish look.
P.S. My art of work demonstrates all the elements you need for a perfect living room. The different décor defines different liking of the people and space. The furniture designed is basic and unique.

Interior Photography

Mood Board Picture
I like to start with a color that inspires me, a piece of fabric I am fawning over, a photograph of my nature travels or a gift bag. Start with whatever inspires you, whether it's from an artwork or from a famous blog. It is important for a mood board to include the layout of the room. It provides the handful of your creativity and allows you to place the furniture/products accurately. Keep going through fabric, material and color patches and pin them to the board. Form an idea of which color, material, and theme it will go with the designs.
As designers, we frequently get questions like: What color should we use? What will this color look like in the room? Boards are the perfect solution for showing the client color in relation to other items they like. You should also include any floor tile, rug or upholstery material, or pattern that you want to highlight.
P.S. Don’t feel the need to put every product on the board. Just place the furniture and accessories that define the design aesthetic.

Kitchen Collection

Mood Board
My motto to design kitchen is to drag your clients and make them a part of the designing process especially for kitchens – because this is where positivity and life starts. I had clients who buy all their appliances before I start designing which cost me to compensate for my original designs. Therefore, you should never select or buy appliances, select colors, before an ID and you finalize the designs.
Island kitchen – trendy – is nowadays heart of the kitchen, therefore, it can be tricky as the designs look good and settled based on the theme and the décor of the house. Island gives you an opportunity to boost your personality in front of your guests.
P.S. The image art of work will give you a hint to start thinking about remodeling your kitchen; you should be aware of the do’s and don’ts. The image includes the mood board that will motivate you to go look at your kitchen and re-model or re-arrange it.

Kitchen Mood Board - Dine-In

Eat-In Kitchen
The decoration is often so overlooked is lightly considered but in reality, it’s the best way to make the place attractive and signified. With every room I decorate in my house, I use various spreadsheets to track almost everything from budgeting spreadsheets to a color palette, from mood board to rough sketches etcI need to visualize the design come to life.
I map out all the to-dos from place to place – as you see the kitchen mood board contain the elements from dine-in to dine-out. It gives you the correct fixture how each element will reflect like.
P.S. Rather than sharing my ugly spreadsheets with you I created some pretty mood boards to help other people in my position, who would like to organize their decoration projects effectively.

When Interior meets Fashion

Dress Code
It’s true that inspiration can come from any places – likely or unlikely. With regards to interior design, sometimes, we think that fashion is a perfect way to highlight the creativity that can be carefully constructed and colorize in each room to create an inspiration. When Interior meets Fashion – an idea to visualize the plain walls with a monochromic wall art of all the lovely designs people like to wear. This is something unusual that only fashion holly might like, but an idea itself is so mesmerizing, that it makes me create and spread the vibe with you.
P.S. The monochrome dress wall art visualize to go on the plain walls, go choose yours!!

Living Room - Mood Board

Mood Board - Living Room
The post is for the people who want to design or replaced the living room furniture. The essentials do this and do that will help you decorate and make it cozy. Make sure you buy things that suit your interests rather than running behind the trends – buy what makes you happy. The most important factor when arranging any room is to understand how space will be used. For example, two sofas facing each other is pleasantly symmetrical but, if your primary activity when sitting sofa is watching the TV the symmetry is not ideal. Think about what you'd like to do in the space, what needs to be within arm's reach. Stick to at least three feet walking spaces between material pieces. The rug placement is important as designated in the image.
P.S. The design is created in an image to give you a sense of furniture placement, in a small space make it look attractive and balanced.

Children Hospital Decor #Interior#Designing

Kids Hospital Decor
P.S. One of the memorable work done by me in recent past. Designing a children hospital, its all been a pleasure doing as I become kiddish again. Most of the aspects of designing it include the childish thinking and their likings. I recalled my childhood and designed things that will make me comfortable and divert my mind. The decor is featuring lots of bright colors and geometrical shape. Patient rooms - children rooms - are getting bigger in new playful designs, designed to look functional and more like children bedroom to soothe comfort with toys and activities.

Wall Art Designing Poster

Wall Art _ Bullet
Too often in interior design, we see wall art treated as an afterthought. It’s long after the final coat of paint has dried on the walls and all of the furniture has been artfully arranged. But, you’re missing out on an amazing design opportunity. When chosen thoughtfully, the right wall art can provide excellent focal for the entire room. However, if you’re a little nervous to give wall art such a prominent role in your design plans, don’t worry it will mesh with your existing space and you will have a harmonious interior.

From bathroom vanities, bathroom sinks, bathroom tiles, bathroom faucets, and toilets, every buying decision matters. Your bathroom needs to be functional, but that doesn’t mean boring. Pay close attention to the materials you use for cabinetry, walls, floors, etc. Stick to those found in the early part of the 20th century: stone, brick, tile, and wood.

Color Do's and Don'ts (Interior Designing)

Texture Texture Texture
Choosing a color for your home can be overwhelming. You can spend hours collecting images and inspiration for your next decorating project, and still feel a little lost when it comes to putting those decorating ideas together. DO consider the existing colors in your room before adding more color. All the colors in a room are not apparent at first glance. You can walk into an empty room and not realize that there is already color in there that will affect future color plans. This can include flooring, cabinets, ceilings, counters and even the colors coming in from the windows. If you simply must have those vintage floral drapes in shades of pink, then surround them with colors that complement them. Get the confidence you need for your next decorating project with these easy tips and do’s and don’ts.

Kitchen Elements Decor

Elements Enlarged
The kitchen elements that make successful kitchen décor are:

1.      Establishing the scope of the project. Will the new kitchen fit within the footprint of the existing kitchen, or will structural changes be required?

2.      A realistic budget. It is vital to figure what the project will cost, including overruns, and how much will be paid up front.

3.      Planning for function. "Cooking style and special requirements must be considered in planning the kitchen.

4.       A good floor plan. A close working relationship between the cooktop, sink, and refrigerator (known as the work triangle) is most important.

5.      Ample countertop task areas. Try to provide as much countertop space as possible around the sink, the cooktop, and next to the refrigerator and ovens, where loading and unloading take place. Appropriate style. The style of the cabinetry and other materials should reflect as much as possible the existing design elements in their home.

6.      Adequate storage needs. Plan cabinet storage for the existing and anticipated tableware and cooking utensils. Are there special storage needs, such as a walk-in pantry, a tall utility cabinet, or a feeding station for pets?

7.       Appliances. If new appliances are required, get those suited to your needs and budget. There is a wide choice of products available today.

8.      Lighting. Task lights, usually under the upper cabinets, are needed as well as ceiling fixtures for general illumination.

It takes few steps to get your kitchen designed and styled. It's the recipe that will bring you success. Modern décor will make your space cool. Traditional will add warmth and make it more welcoming. It's a perfect blend memorable appearance.

P.S. The art of work done by me in a red and brown theme recalculates the old idea of creating environmental civilization. The kitchen island is an ongoing trend which will last for many years before it gets evolved. Kitchen Interiors Design

Kitchen Designed&Styled
Wahoo!! Here are my 2018 kitchen’s layout and designs. The kitchen is the most important place to be designed at home – where the positivity and way of living starts. A beautiful kitchen is no more than a dream for people. It takes few steps to get your kitchen designed and styled.
Add different textures
It also creates interest and breaks apart that sterile look. Use some wood accents granite and marble are perfect choices. Basically, your goal here is to make any person that comes into your kitchen want to touch those surfaces and never want to leave.
Use open shelving
I know, I know you want to hide your clutter and ugly kitchen appliances. Choose specific places that don't get that messy and make your kitchen more personal and user-friendly by exposing some of your cupboard spaces to light. More and more people are doing this and displaying their incredible collections of spices, cooking books in some cases boxes.
Use furniture-like design features
It's great for merging your kitchen with the rest of your home, making it feel warmer, more casual and inviting. It will transform your kitchen out of a strictly functional area to the hub of the home and place where everybody wants to hang out. This trend is more and more noticeable in modern kitchen designs.
Marry modern with traditional
It's the recipe that will bring you success. Modern décor will make your space cool. Traditional will add warmth and make it more welcoming. It's a perfect blend memorable appearance.

Marketing Interiors

D'Art by Shriya
Interior designing has been a great tool to influence people’s mood. They highly invest their time seeing different designs over the places thinking whether they will be able to get this designing. The answer to this question is Yes, designing is not always about spending money; sometimes it's about taking the right fixtures, thinking something unique and fix it. When you start something new people are always concerned about how you will create your identity in the millions of designers out there. Marketing your own blog is getting harder as there are so good artists already with their own talent and uniqueness. But the talent and innovation of every individual are different. As quoted, all the fingers are not alike, same as all the interior designers are not alike. They differ in ideas, creativity, innovations etc. Respecting the talent of each and every ID out there, appreciating their work is the first step to create a positive living for yourself.

Kitchen Do's and Don'ts

Kitchen to Kitchen Island
Remodeling your kitchen is the best way to increase the value of your house but this all depends on the design and the vision of an ID. The first step in remodeling kitchen is designing your own theme and colors – you should know what you want and should not rush with designs and styles.
A kitchen island gives you an additional workstation and is a focal point of attraction. Extra storage, lightening, adding some fun – artwork, and proper casual seating makes it more attractive and worth designing.
P.S. The image art of work will give you a hint to start thinking about remodeling your kitchen; you should be aware of the do’s and don’ts for the dining room and kitchens. The image also includes the tips for the freshers and the homeowners who want to design their own island.

Red and White

Color Scheming
The colors of the rooms in your home are a direct reflection of your personality. Room color can influence our moods and thoughts – choose wisely.
Red is the color of the warrior, manliness, it energizes and gives strength. The red color in a correct dosage can be basic in your interior. It is often used in oriental style. You can pick up red wallpaper, various shades of red for the design of the living area: from a set of sofa, cushions, and curtains. White is combined with red to balance the texture and to create a refreshing and clean look in your home. White is used for creating an airy appearance, quiet and pure.

Gray and Yellow

Color Scheming - Grey&Yellow
Often the gray shades combine with white, black and silver. But there is another way, you can select different shades of gray companion –  introduce flashing yellow accents. There are so many ways you can incorporate gray and yellow in the living room. Vases, pillow, flowers or other small objects or furniture can liven up space in yellow. This approach is very simple, inexpensive, and you can easily replace the color palettes. While lighter shades of gray represent an ideal setting for yellow – darker to provide a comfortable warm atmosphere – suited for regions with cold climate. Yellow curtains can play a leading role in the general atmosphere in your living room. If you want to improve mood, then you are at right place. Beautiful silk curtains can be seen in combination with gray walls. The yellow-gray duo can fit in any style, any room – always trendy.

Color Relations Interiors

Color and babies

Colors have the ability to inspire, excite, soothe, heal and even agitate. This is particularly true for children, who can be extra sensitive to color's impact. The importance of picking out the right color for a young child's room is a must. When choosing colors to use for your home it's important to think about the mood you want to create and whether you want it to feel light, airy, or cozy. You may think pastel colors for babies are a bit boring and old fashioned but there’s some sense in choosing pale pinks and blues for babies’ bedrooms. Pastel colors are beneficial in much more ways:
  • Improves emotional development in children.
  • Increase children sharing and cooperation.
  • Decrease noise levels.
  • Children find it easier to organize their own thoughts – better intellectual development.
  • Reduce tension and aggression.
  • Babies sleep more easily and peacefully.
  • Calmer and happier environment is created.

Interiors Color Language

Color Scheming
Color is a visual language understood by all so when you’re trying to communicate or transmit something through interior design, there’s no better way to do it than through color. Colors can change characters and can influence your mood. All colors change their character when lightness and saturation are modified – so you need to pick a shade in addition to picking up a color. Light colors are airy and make rooms feel larger and brighter. Dark colors are sophisticated warm and make rooms feel intimate. Neutrals include black, grey, white and brown – often used to establish balance in a décor that includes both active and passive shades.
P.S. The art of work done by me collaborating different colors in one room. People not usually like it – but trust me it will be coming trend. Color scheming is very famous in countries like Paris and Australia where people love to colorize their rooms. The designs bookmarked are the individual rooms designs – zoom it and see it ha-ha!!!
