Bar&Grill - Part-7

Terrace_Cafe_VerticalGarden
Bar and restaurant interior is the most spoken and wide interior décor throughout. While, designers are setting up new trends mixing different forms of contemporary and modern artistic arts – thereby setting up new bars of enjoyment. No more indoors!! Indoors accommodation is a huge part of the trend but is starting to feel dated and overused. Therefore, I have designed a terrace with a cafe with a vertical garden-style decor to create a heritage look making it a trendy look.
There is no doubt that garden would be so lively to stay. The exposed cafe terrace in the bar is an expression of a rich, historic past blended with modern artistic designs. It is a way to add elegance and personality to the boring interior dominated by glass and stones.

P.S. This is what terrace of the bar looks like when you enter the #Bar&Grill# designed and created by me. #Stay tuned for awaiting fun.

Bar&Grill - Part-6

Pool_Dart
Bar and restaurant interior is the most spoken and wide interior décor throughout. Every detail counts… There are all kinds of reasons why people don’t go back to restaurants. Sometimes the problem is obvious—the place is understaffed, the food and drinks aren’t good, the servers are unfriendly or disorganized. But it could be something as small as space just didn’t “feel” right. Maybe the lighting is too bright or too dim, the bar top isn’t a comfortable height, or the music is too loud. Perhaps space is cluttered, or the décor is distracting. If you’re lucky enough to have billiards table in the restaurant, then there’s plenty to think about before decorating it. It’s not as simple as having a pool table in the room with nothing else around it. In order for the bar to feel inviting and fun you have to put a little more thought into the décor. The key to creating an elegant décor for the playroom in the bar is knowing which colors and textures to choose and how to combine them. Neutrals are always simple and safe options. You could paint the walls beige, maybe add a few brown details and opt for rich colors and textures for your wooden furniture. The lighting also plays an important role to make sure you choose everything carefully.Usually, when you’re playing pool you often feel the need to take a break, have a drink or simply sit at the bar while your friend(s) take a turn at trying to beat your score (assuming you’re good at this game). It’s why having a bar with pool table seems like a very natural and wise idea. While having a bar you can hit the ‘dartboard’ at the back wall – mainly if you lose in the pool to get out your anger ha-ha!!!Unique seating is always a differentiator, as existing chair with a fresh paint or mix matching different types of a chair is all too common in the industry. Repurposing an existing chair with fresh booths and stools can liven up your environment.P.S. Here is the side view glimpse of the elements of bars’ playroom created by me.D’Art by Shriya…

Ba&Grill - Part - 5

Bird'S Eye
Restaurants today have a tough task when implementing the right design elements. Bar Restaurants interior design requires a deep understanding of the concept you are trying to create for the customers and the environment you’re working with.In the age of social media, your customers are your best advertisers and by using tools like Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook, they have the power to spread the word about your eatery to hundreds or thousands of followers. Your restaurant interior design can empower them to do that. Paying attention to the details in your restaurant design can take you a long way with word of mouth and social sharing. Unique seating is always a differentiator, as existing chair with a fresh paint or mix matching different types of a chair is all too common in the industry. Repurposing an existing chair with fresh booths and stools can liven up your environment.
P.S. Here is the bird's eye view glimpse of the elements of designs created by me – design elements are featured almost as much as their menu items in a serial row of projection.D’Art by Shriya…

Bar&Grill - Part-4

On the ROCks!
Bar and restaurant interior is the most spoken and wide interior décor throughout. While, designers are setting up new trends mixing different forms of contemporary and modern artistic arts – thereby setting up new bars of enjoyment. No more white walls!! White walls were a huge part of the trend but are starting to feel dated and overused. Therefore, I have used bricks style on the walls to create a heritage look making it a trendy look.
There is no doubt that bricks walls are here to stay; one would imagine that bricks walls and modern art would be odd to each other. Personally, I gravitate towards the brinks walls whenever I need a touch of texture and a unique character. The exposed brick wall in the bar is an expression of a rick, historic past blended with modern artistic designs. It is a way to add elegance and personality to the boring interior dominated by glass and stones.

Bar&Grill - Part-3

Sound ON!!
Nowadays, eating out is often a high-drama opportunity to indulge yourself in good food and conversation. In a vibe that makes the human drum feel good – ID’s have to start thing out of the way- far-far-away.
It’s no wonder that this musically themed design has become an outlet for most creative interiors settings. The use of musical instruments – drums – is a very effective piece of influence for the mind. Indulge in the design, you can see a real composition if colors, mood, drums, guitar etc.
Green-Yellow chalkboard paint was used on the walls, giving the space an informal and edgy look guiding you towards the path of awaiting more fun.

Bar&Grill - Part 2

Entry on the Rocks!!!
There’s something very special about a sip of wine, especially when you enjoy it in a public space and not at home. The hub feature all sorts of interesting interior designs, often meant to make your experience special and unique. Some feature bar related accent details, other focus on architectural details.
The curbed wood on the walls gives you the impression that you’re inside a huge mesmerizing sack. The lighting fixtures are also very interesting, reminiscent of black grapes – wine ingredient.
This bar features an interior design which blends rustic and industrial elements beautifully. Space was customized using wood shutters and old doors which were used to cover the walls, floors, ceilings and even the bar. This creates an unusual but intriguing environment. Black chalkboard paint was used on the walls, giving the space an informal and edgy look guiding you towards the path of entry awaiting fun.
P.S. This is what it looks like when you enter the #Bar&Grill# designed and created by me. #Stay tuned for awaiting fun#(I like hashtags because they look like waffles ha-ha)

Bar&Grill - Part-1

Entrance on the ROCKS
Designing a bar or café - my establishment of décor plays a huge role in people’s enjoyment. If you make a lasting impression, they are sure to recommend the place to their friends – which happens more quickly in the social media-oriented world – Check In’s.
When designing a space, I like to décor it for all the demographics – from students to family, from singles to couples etc. A student who wants to spend $15 for their entire meal whereas a student who wants to spend entire pocket money for drinks – we need right seating for everybody. We also need a place for them to sit if they bring there grandmother, or if it’s a large party. I try to create different zones in the restaurants where if someone walks in the door, they automatically know where they feel comfortable sitting.
P.S. Even though I am creating separate unique spaces for different types of customers, you will want one major element to draw all of them together.
Are you excited to enter the door of this unique and trendy bar? StayTuned!!!

Holiday Home Decor

Unique and Trendy
The art of work done by me is unique and trendy. People are trying to get away from the noise of the city and spend vacations in the long-lasting nature and breathe in fresh air. The young generation like to see new décor – and what is better than sticking to your heritage and create a modern living.
The design style is simple, elegant and natural – it gives you tranquillity and peace. The plain walls are mainly made of stone or solid wood that will continue to be in style throughout the seasons and beyond. A cozy and warm living space is built by adopting simple and natural furniture as decoration in the space and through modest structures of the room.
P.S. An idea to try something different for holiday homes. It can also be used as a décor of your residence home as it reflects peace and calmness – nature oriented.

Blog Post - Do and Don'ts

D'Art by Shriya
Keeping essentials do’s and don’ts in mind will help you in the long run – you won’t get bored of the designs. Don’t go before the trend, do what you like. Follow your personal style – buy things that will make you smile. Don’t do something for example painting room red because your best friend did it – create your own look and stick to your instincts. Take your time to think about the designs and don’t be discouraged if it does not come out to be perfect in one go. Interior designing is all about the journey of transforming a house into a home, finding uniqueness and building décor that tells a story.

Designers with an eye on the future often take their cue from the past. With ideas and technology advances enabling materials to be used in ways not previously possible, interior decorators are putting a modern twist on old favorites.
